Your Position
You will be part of a cohesive and high-performing team responsible for ensuring that all HR-related operational processes are managed efficiently and add value to the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing and validating invoices identifying correction needs when necessary
• Analyzing timesheets and working schedules submitted by external workers to detect deviations or input errors
• Managing monthly invoicing closing and reporting to Temporary Work Agencies
• Managing and monitoring the control of External Employees, both in terms of headcount and invoicing
• Creating and monitoring HR performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools
O seu perfil
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred)
• Dynamic, responsible and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
• Proactive attitude with a clear ambition to grow and develop professionally
