Collections Specialist – Fluent in English and Spanish (M/F)
Fed Finance, a recruitment company specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment within Accounting and Corporate Finance, is currently looking for a Collections Specialist fluent in English and Spanish (M/F) to join a multinational company based in Oeiras.
We Offer:
- Contract: Temporary employment contract for an expected duration of 1 year.
- Salary: Up to €1,200 gross per month, depending on experience.
- Meal Allowance: €10.46 per working day, paid via meal card.
- Working Model: Hybrid, with 2 days of remote work per week after the first month.
A sua posição
Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing a portfolio of clients in a multinational environment;
- Ensuring compliance with payment deadlines;
- Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the relevant subsidiaries;
- Following up with customers by phone and email to obtain outstanding accounting information;
- Diplomatically defending and explaining the subsidiaries’ positions while maintaining a professional and courteous approach;
- Accurately recording all complaints received by phone and email;
- Monitoring and following up on customer accounts;
- Identifying and implementing solutions to resolve issues raised.
O seu perfil
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- SAP experience (plus);
- Experience in cash collection, ideally within a Shared Services environment;
- Good knowledge of finance and accounting;
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
