ANALYSIS OF TALENT FOUND
Interview candidates in person or by video/phone,

SUPPORT FOR SELECTED PROFILES
• Interview feedback and debriefing with your teams and our candidates,
• Advice and support in the drafting of your job offer for the selected candidate.
FINAL STAGES
We guarantee to follow-up on how well the candidate has integrated within your structure and find a replacement at no cost if your collaboration proves unsatisfactory.
IDENTIFICATION OF CANDIDATES
• Direct approach: identify and approach candidates working in competing companies or the same industry; conduct searches on social media
• Consult our database of candidates, all of whom have been met and assessed by one of our consultants,
• Post a job offer on the Fed Finance website and specialised job boards
